PCM snatch defeat from the jaws of victory

A neighbour lost their POPLA appeal and then contacted me for options. Their initial POPLA appeal was weak but they had raised a subsequent point which was ignored by POPLA but more importantly, the neighbour had NOT received the PCM evidence pack.

I armed the neighbour with the email address of the lead adjudicator along with a full POPLA appeal. POPLA reopened the case... and then PCM threw in the towel!

Rather satisfying victory :)

So was the appeal turned down initially? Its a good result and its a good job your neighbour has someone in the know :)
