Hi everyone, new to this and unsure what route to go down
Basics are
05/7/05 £10000 loan
14/8/06 £16500 loan paid above off
01/6/07 £19550 loan as above
15/1/08 £24000 loan still 9 payments remaining over 7years
All had PPI
According to the loan calculator tool the last one says payments should be around £363/month - i have paid £468 does that mean my PPI premiums are around £105/month
If this is the case am I looking in the region of £10-12000 ON PPI payment and £3-4000 on interest payments and what is my best route - I work long hours have very little time during any opening hours to deal with long phone calls etc - am I better off using a claims handler - if so what is the cheapest one - who takes the least cut
Any help appreciated
Thank you kindly

If I were you I'd forget all about how much you MAY be refunded and concentrate on constructing a robust mis-selling complaint.
A PPI complaint does not consist of "long 'phone calls etc". You fill in a form detailing your reasons that you feel the PPI was mis-sold to you. Then you wait eight weeks for the Bank to consider your concerns.
There are no guarantees that you will be successful.
Since Claims Companies do nothing that you cannot do alone and for free, nobody here will recommend them (other than perhaps employees of Claim Companies).0 -
So as a Natwest customer, I should just fill in their on line ppi claim form that's on their site, send off and await a reply0

As an ex Nat West customer who had two loans in 2000 and 2003 both were front loaded with PPI and this was the reason I gave.
If you have the agreements you can see the PPI added on to the loan amount and this is what you will be given plus interest if you have a complaint upheld as in most case of front loaded loans.
You do not need a claims company just do the on line complaint or ring them , I wrote to them and had a response within 8 weeks.Light travels faster than sound.
This is why some people seem as bright until you hear them.0
