Old Kays Catalogue loan ppi claim

Hi, does anyone have an address for Lifestyle loans. I believe they did the old loans for kays catalogue going back to about 1998. Id really like to claim my PPI back from them.

You are not likely to get anywhere as this predates regulation

Thank you, I did get all my ppi back from a Lloyds loan dating back to 2001 so I would like to try.

Lloyds were regulated then through the GISC.Lifestyle loans won't have been regulated until January 14th 2005.

All the major Banks (like Lloyds) were regulated prior to 2005 because they adhered to GISC guidelines. It was only after 2005 that other financial institutions (like Lifestyle Loans) also became regulated.
Any complaint you make won't even have to be considered.

According to my sources (OK I just Googled it:)) 'kays lifestyle', ' 'lifestyle loan kays' etc where all trading names for the Bank of Scotland plc.

... although goodness knows whether they'd still have any records.

Would they still have responsibility if it was sold through Kays?

You still have to prove that you actually had PPI.
