Changing from Business to Domestic

A Scottish Power customer I met today has bought an old pub , which is now a domestic home, and 2 years on she is still on a 4 rate complex pub meter on a business tariff. She has nt any idea how to go about changing the status to domestic and getting rid of the 4 rate ( day,night and weekend meter ). She says she has rang customer services but didnt get anywhere with initiating the change of status.
Does anyone know how to get the ball rolling and start the change, or what forms she has to complete etc. Thanks for any help

Changeing a buildings status from business to domestic is way beyond the remit of staff on the Customer Service Desk, so phone calls won't help

Your friend needs to put this change in writing, and enclose a copy of the Local Authorities ' Domestic ' Council Tax bill with the letter

Thanks Dogshome, she s also got 2 other dead electric meters which I believe shes paying daily standing charge for, these need removing. A chat with a small shop selling bikes last week revealed he was paying 70p a day standing charge on his electric meter..so she needs to get something done quickly
