Any idea how much painting a 4 bed Victorian semi cost nowadays? Rendering done nothing to fix. the front and side.

£1k sounds pretty cheap to me for London. If you think it's too much & baulk at paying it, why not do it yourself if you think you could manage it?The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
