Hi, I need to ring an 888 number which I think is in Canada. Obviously I will be using my landline which is with BT. Can anyone advise how to do this and if it will still be free? Thanks so much.

If you prefix the number with 001 then you should be able to call it. However it will get charged at the normal rate for a Canadian landline numberThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

You can call it via a UK based access number from Sipbroker
http://www.sipbroker.com/sipbroker/action/pstnNumbers
e.g. 02071006747 pause *1888...
Yes that is the star key. This is just for toll free numbers. No account needed.0 -
You can also make free 1-800 series phone calls to North America via Skype-out.0
