I have no volume on my desktop PC
MS W7 IE11
Volume icon is showing
Under system, device manager, everything seems to be OK
Any suggestions please

You wrote that everything is OK in the Device Manager. So why are you trying to install a Driver/Update program?

cable come loose/monitor speakers gone duff? have you got speakers/headphones you can plug into the pc to check for audio output?......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

When I click on the volume icon by the clock, tick unmute, no sound comes from the PC.
The speakers are connected via a cable into the back of the PC tower.I'm hopeless with technology, in addition, I suffer with MH issues, what may appear simple, I struggle with, may I ask, please be patient, thank you0 -

cable from the pc in the correct socket on the pc? do you have front & back audio out sockets, if so is it the same in both? beginning to run out of ideas now
