I have £10000(i have hardly anything on there) should i reduce it ?

I would certainly reduce a limit of that size to a catalogue company.

It may or may not improve your chance of getting accepted for credit products from elsewhere, but it would be very unlikely to actually hinder your chances.

Assuming you don't have more than say £1k on it I'd probably reduce to £2k or so.

Mine reached that limit too, every time I ordered anything they upped my limit! Closed it now as everything's practically double the price of very and isme so I just use them instead.

They have put my limit up over the years to 10k too. I'm lucky if I get past £50 of orders, will they reduce it if I email them, or would I have to call?

I reduced my limit with Very just by emailing them. They did the same/next day I think, was quickly done anyhow. I reduced it from £7000 to £2000 and it has remained at £2000 for over a year now i.e. no incremental increases as before where it crept up every couple of months.
