Ikea wardrobe sliding door has fallen

Hi

I recently bought an ikea pax wardrobe with sliding door and it just fell from one corner on the floor. The only thing that is holding it is the other panel but I want to fix that asap. I dont really know what to do as if it has fallen off, will ikea give me new parts to put it on the wardrobe so it stays fine or do I have to buy if from outside somewhere coz I do not want to call an installer and pay him just for him to tell me that this or that is missing.

I have already tried putting it back up on the rail and it keeps falling off straightaway.

Anyone been through this or any experiences.
