Rent house from connels

Hi
I'm renting a house and my lease ends in August end off.
However I have had nothing but issues with kids spray painting the house with there gang name on it.
I phoned connells up and told them and sent them photos and they said they would get it washed off. However 3 months later. It's still there. It looks a mess and I'm paying £565 a month for this house.

don't phone the agency, WRITE (pen, paper) to the Landlord. There should be an address for serving notices on your tenancy agreement.
I presume you have tried to wash it off yourself?0 -
Hi
Yes I have BUT it's red and I can't seem to get it off. It's also on the fence.
Where do I stand?0 -
You can't complain about things being ignored unless they have been reported properly, hence the advice to write to the landlord at the address on the Tenancy Agreement for the serving of notices. Phone/email/text is fine for reporting things initially, and many landlords/agents will get things done on this basis, but it's always a good idea to follow up in writing in case it does get ignored or overlooked.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0 -
If you contact the Council I think their anti-graffiti teams will clean it off... as for the agents, I'd look for another house as I'd not want to live in a house that had such nuisance occurring.0

The agent is just that: an agent working on behalf the landlord they represent. If the landlord is unwilling or unable to spend the money on addressing this issue that is their choice and there is nothing you can do about it. Removing graffitti is not a "necessary repair" so you cannot force the landlord to do it.
If it doesn't suit you can always give notice and move to another more suitable property.0
