Thanks to all replies,I will draw a line under this subject as getting different views,I will ring the company and find out,what is going on,regardless if in long term sick or not and the news of take over is public online,but yet again thank you all.0

I think you need advice more specific to your situation. You generally do get holiday when on sick leave, so if they haven't terminated your contract yet then it would seem to me you would be owed it.

It's not about the holiday,I've survived without it,not do I get sick pay,which was another rule the company never did,just for the fact I had a meeting last year (dec) then I was going to have another one if I didn't return on a date they specified, which was jan 2014,from then up to now no contact only me sending in a sick note,then obviously the this take over,which I'm non the wiser about.0

What is it you actually want from the company?
Do you want to leave? Do you want letting go? Do you want paying? To continue being employed them? To go back to work?
It is what you want, that will decide what your next move is.
If you want to draw a line under it, I would write a letter of resignation. To find the new address go to companies house and do a search, or find the company's website.
If you really cannot find their new address, then you can try emailing your resignation. (although I hate email resignations but if you really do try to send it and can't then there would be no option).The truth is out there... and I want to believe0 -

Generally, under these circumstances there is nothing to be gained from resigning. If nothing else the OP is still accruing holiday and will be getting credited with NI contributions.
I would keep sending in "fit" notes by recorded delivery and sit tight and wait for the firm to make a move. In all probability they have either had higher priorities to deal with or the person handling the OP's case has left. Either way the consequences are their problem.0 -
