How many cases have they lost?
I tried to post the following comment, but I'd need to register to do so and can't be hassled doing that (and the links to connect via Twitter etc. don't work here on my work PC).Ooh! Scary Parking Man wins 7 court cases against people who used mitigating circumstances. Yet if those same people had search online (at Pepipoo or MoneySavingExpert) they would have found advice which would have shot Scary Parking Man out of the water, and those wins would have been crushing defeats.
What about all the cases you've lost Mike? Surely you realise that your speculative invoices are unenforceable, and you simply managed to con the judge(s) against ill-informed defences?0 -
yes, i very much doubt that the 7 cases found there way here (or elsewhere) first, otherwise he wouldn't be looking quite so smug!0

Great business plan, maybe if the judgement's get paid he can buy a suit!0

Still wearing his clamper's jacket.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
