I'm very new to all this and want to claim my own mortgage ppi but the company (Northern Rock) doesn't exist any more. How do I find out where to send the claim to please?

    Northern Rock exists. You want NRAM aka Northern Rock Asset Management. They're not that difficult to find - http://www.nram.co.uk/ppi

    That assumes, of course, that NR sold the policy in the first place and was not a broker/adviser. ;)
