I'm very new to all this and want to claim my own mortgage ppi but the company (Northern Rock) doesn't exist any more. How do I find out where to send the claim to please?

Northern Rock exists. You want NRAM aka Northern Rock Asset Management. They're not that difficult to find - http://www.nram.co.uk/ppi0 -
That assumes, of course, that NR sold the policy in the first place and was not a broker/adviser.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
