Change of Government thinking re CCTV and parking.

I know that this article is about Councils and CCTV and not directly appertaining to the PPCs that bother us, but it looks like things are changing.

If the courts continue to be bombarded with spurious claims, many of which involve CCTV then perhaps private car parks may be next.
