    Depends,
    south manchester its nuts atm, but east manchester completely different story, very much a buyers market in east manchester.
    The prices, you will see are very reflectant of that.

    Reazlly sorry to jump on you again on this one, but if a property sells above ( or even at) asking price, it is not overpriced. If anybody feels that it is, their estimate of it's value is out. I agree that values in London are barmy at ther moment, but that doesn't make the properties overpriced. It just makes the market a right royal pain in the backside.
