Hsbc Regular saver disappeared.

Not sure if this is the right section for this.

But I opened a a regular saving account with HSBC last year and it's due to mature on the 15th of this month.

I checked my online account today and the saving account seems to have disappeared with the money in it also. I'm wondering if this is normal? I can't seem to find anything on their help desk about it.

I had a letter off them a month or two ago to say it was coming to an end and it will be transferred into a flexible saver account.
But I thought it would automatically change over.

Anyone been through this before?

Thanks

You can open a new regular saver as soon as the old one has been closed.

Don't let your money linger in an account with a dreadful interest rate.
