Bad landlord - changing the property. Help/advice needed

Step one is to discuss wih the landlord, negotiate, and try to reach an amicable compromise. For this, you need to start by deciding exactly what you want, and what you would be prepared to accept, so that you go into the discussion knowing what compromises you are happy with.
Failing that, step two is to write explaining why/how you feel the LL has breached the contract, and demanding it be rectified (specify how) within 7 days or you will go to court
Failing that, you start a court action (Small Claims Track) for your losses - the costs you have incurred eg buying furniture you believe were included in the contract.
Whether you would be successful in court is uncertain. I suspect the inventory will be a legal hurdle.0 -
