hi wonder if anyone could help just been offered £138.78 from r b s for being wrongly charged on my od it states> our records indicate there have been periods when your policy has not matched your od limits as a consequence you are due a refund< it also states this is the full amount plus interest at 8%. this was a complete surprise but wondering if this a real figure or cheaper version :j

If you have evidence that their figures are wrong, you can contest this. However, as this payment has come as a total surprise I expect you'll just have to take their word for it and simply accept the bonus..
