Where and how can I get free vaccinations for my kittens in central London. I keep seeing adverts for the above but when I ring there are always charges... help please

You might be able to use the Blue Cross. It says you have to be on means tested benefits or low income. They have a hospital at Victoria- but I don't think it is free- I might be wrong.The contact details etc are here:
