Barclay's Graduate Additions (Successful Claim)

Hi all
After one letter and a brief 5 minute phone call, I have successfully claimed back almost £700 from Barclay's. I opened a graduate account with them some years back and was told at the time I needed the Additions account for the overdraft I required.
I've been reimbursed 100% of fees paid, plus interest at 8%, plus £50 additional redress. I'm a very happy customer!
