Ballpark costs for changes to kitchen extension

We're waiting to exchange on our new house and I'm trying to develop a ballpark budget for the renovation work we'd like to do.

The ground floor has an open plan living room and dining room (was originally two rooms), with a large L-shaped kitchen extension wrapping around it. The kitchen connects to the dining room via a set of french doors in what I assume was the original exterior wall of the house.

We'd ideally like to do the following:
1) Remove the wall between dining room and kitchen to allow more light in (we're assuming this is load bearing).
2) Replace existing ranch slider and windows on rear wall with modern glazing, including either bifold doors or modern sliding doors. The wall is about 7m in length.
3) Add a downstairs cloakroom.
4) New kitchen (mid-spec, nothing too fancy).
5) Replace flooring in extension, probably with posh vinyl.

We are in NE London. I realise there's probably lots of details that will affect the cost but I'm really just looking for a ballpark estimate so we can start to budget and plan. We have minimal DIY experience so would not envisage taking on any of the big tasks ourselves. We're not intending to change the footprint of the house.

2) bifolds start from around £2k for a 2m set
3) we're doing similar for around £1k but depends on what is involved.
4) we're paying about £6k for a mid spec

Thanks. It's been relatively easy to find estimates for the kitchen and the flooring, and we'd planned to budget £10k for both, but I'm really not sure about 1), 2) and 3).

Re the cloakroom, the plan would be to use some of the understairs space plus a bite out of the existing kitchen to create a small room, so it would require plumbing, construction of internal walls, maybe add a small window to the exterior wall (it's end of terrace). The upstairs bathroom is directly above where we'd be planning to put the new WC.
