How do you go about getting old bank/loan details to claim PPI. The bank are telling us they cant go back far enough and Black Horse can't trace our loan details. Any ideas?

You can send the banks a Subject access Request (SAR) letter which costs £10 per lender.
Do note that if your finance is old then there may no longer be any records.0
