HSBC - Had offer, now what?

So I've had a response to my claim (thanks everyone that helped ) for just over £1k.

My question is now, should I just accept the offer or is there anything to check before I accept in writing?

Only if you have documentary evidence that you paid more than they are refunding (before interest) should you do anything other than simply accept the money.

One more question, I sent the acceptance letter off on Monday.

I'm not being impatient, just wondering if anyone can advise how long it will take for them to make the actual payment to my account?
