UKPC notice to keeper letter

I received a notice to keeper letter after forgetting to pay at a local shopping centre. I ignored the first letter. Then they sent this notice to keeper letter and it says £100 is now due.
Should I ignore it? Could they take me to court if I ignored it?
If not, what should I do?
It says you can appeal to ukpcappeals.com
Thanks.

As a long time member of MSE it would have been more appropriate to read the sticky threads in this section. In answer to your question its not advisable to ignore, even if they are toothless wonders like UKPC1
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Follow the instructions in the sticky thread to guarantee no repercussions.
I failed to follow the instructions laid out in the sticky in time. Just to give you piece of mind know that, if ignored, you will get a few stern letters from a debt collection company accelerating the charge to £150/£160.
Upon choosing to ignore those for a while, you will (bizarrely) get some letters offering to reduce the amount you 'owe'. I mean, if they could actually have you prosecuted, why would they reduce the fine you absolutely 'HAVE' to pay?
Anyway. Upon ignoring those, you will stop receiving letters completely & UKPC will focus their attention & franking costs on intimidating old pensioners out of what little money they have to feed themselves before they die.0 -
Is it ok to appeal by their website?

Well you will know, as on the Notice to Keeper it will say how you can appeal! Come on just send the template appeal in the way the NTK tells you to submit it, easy!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
