CPP pre 2005 claim

Dear All,
I have complained to my bank regarding CPP that I believe was missold, I sent the letter provided via MSE, I sent this complaint to the ombudsman, as my bank initially rejected it. I am now being asked for evidence as to why it was missold.
Any ideas how I can proceed on this?
