Estate Agent Admin Fee

I gave 2 weeks notice to terminate my agent agreement and in my letter I stated an end date for the 2 weeks which was understood by the receptionist and she signed a slip so I had proof they had received that termination letter.
It is now 3 weeks and their 'For Sale' board is still up and they are still marketing my property on their website. They have gone over the contract I have made yet still expect me to pay the admin fee which I would have done however now that they are still marketing me when they were instructed not to I feel that they have broken that agreement. Help!!

Was there a notice period in your agreement? And it does it mention admin fees?0
