Bleeding an oil burner Help!?

Hi everyone,

We ran out of oil and although now refilled the burner doesn't seem to want to ignite. When the reset button has been pressed the pump (?) at the side of the boiler makes a noise for a while, but then goes off without igniting the actual burner. I understand this means the system needs bled. The problem is I can't seem to locate the bleeder valve which should be on the side of the pump? See pic for what I mean. Can anyone help??

Thanks!!
