Arrogant Judge...HELP!!

Hi all, just been to my county court for my case,
as soon as i walked in judge said "most have settled already" and "yours is a strange case as they are defending all the way"
He didnt give me chance to say anything and said its going to another court?? any ideas?? also said they will send through all the directions i will need???

I am claiming from Alliance and Leicester and the amount is £3000,

Did the A&L even turn up? Did he mention which court or anything? Seems odd that this was your court date and he's bassically just transferred it? Was is a hearing for directions rather than an actually court date?

All he said was that i would get a date for a hearing and directions...
A + L didnt show up, apparently their soliciters had sent something through..?
He didnt give me chance to say anything and i was out the door within 10 mins

Doesn't sound like it was your actual day in court then. Sounds more like a hearing for directions. Very odd that he didn't ask you anything though.
