Has anyone used this company or any of the properties advertised on their site, Longbridge House, Acorn Park or Hilltop House. I was thinking of booking one of the properties but can't find any reviews anywhere so I am a bit wary.

There have been some horrendous reviews of these properties - trading standards was contacted. I am sure it was on here - I think the ladies name was Rachel something.


I have tried looking but cant find it. So beware.

Found it - they used to be called East Devon Holiday Cottages and the lady running it was called Caroline Pocock.


There was a thread on here but it looks like it was removed. I don't know why.


Maybe it has changed owners.

Thanks for the info. I have looked up East Devon Cottages the site is almost exactly the same as The Big Holiday House Company apart from the name of one of the properties appears to have changed from Watercombe Farm to Hilltop House.
