If you sign up for a Barclays travel plus pack how soon can you use the benefits such as airport lounge access ? And is there a minimum term contract upon signing up to this addon to your current account?

Both your questions are answered from within the link you kindly provided...
1. Just as soon as you've registered with airportangel and you've received the card they'll then send you.

However, don't take my word for it. Have a look yourself?0 -
From memory the Airport Angels card took about 10 days to arrive from registering.
Once you cancel the pack you also lose the benefit. If you try and use the AA card post cancellation it may well get you in but you will ultimately be charged their standard rate for the lounge which you agree to in the terms0
