Hi Guys,
Think update and reach out for a little assistance.
MY last post (as I can't post links as a new member) is entitled ":( Car parking partnership" dated 02-04-2014, 11:56 AM
To sum up;
Window Screen notice from CPP (Care parking partnership), not paying due to it's an invoice, and my case is that my landlord actually owns the bay, not the enforcer. (Titles and deeds as proof)
Didn't appeal.
Still awaiting NTK
Today the CPP car was parked next to my own with the ticket (invoice) agent scouting my area. I stuck around (at a distance) to see what was going on. He did a few cars and drove off.
Didn't re-ticket my own however I wanted to go over and speak to the guy.
I did the right thing in not making myself known yes?
Also if I should get any more tickets do I follow the procedure again or address both when I get my NTK and send my appeal?
