Ash on compost heap
Comments

In moderation yes you can. Just as a thin layer at a time on top of other types of organic material0

Can I put the ash from my woodburner stove onto the compost heap? Wood and paper bring burnt. Don't want to kill the heap!
As long as there's not too much paper, it's fine.
