Should we tax foreign buyers on property deliberately left empty?

Thank you to all those that have posted supporting my suggestion that the Chinese and Russian ownership could have an effect on the market if something happens to their domestic economies.
When China goes pop, it will have massive implications globally.... Maybe push Europe back close to breaking point.... Push interest rates in UK higher very quickly and very high relative to what they are now. So the China debate is one that will affect Uk housing....
It will be a mixed bag.... I guess commodities will plummet .... And maybe China will go back to manufacturing?.... Or African countries or South America countries will be the new manufacturing houses? China leapt into building to keep their people working when global demand for manufacturing dropped in the recession.... So what happens when they can't borrow anymore?
The whole China mystery is a massive white elephant that we need to face up to.... Who have they been borrowing from?!.... They have been paying us in the western world for high end goods, our high end properties, buying global commodities.... All with money from where?!.... Is this our pension money and ISA money that we have in excellent performing China investment trust and funds with investment houses in the Uk?.... They will not be paying it all back.... When the proverbial hits the fan... It will be a ripple effect to talk about?! There have been hints of this impending event, where bonds and not been yielding the promised amounts....
I'm tempted to take 10k out of my investment ISA while markets are high and drop it back in after China goes pop....Peace.0
