I have recently brought a laptop from this website and have not received it, I ordered it a month ago.
I have called them loads of times and they said they were moving office or that there systems were down, I then got a letter in the post from an unknown source who said that the company partners ltd had ceased trading and that this new company would be able to fulfil the orders hopefully by the 18th April. but on this letter there was no company letter head an no name just a number to call that I have tried but there has been no answer.
Can anyone advise me on what I should do?
Considering this is a government funded scheme for people on benefits I think its a bit shoddy and now I feel as though I've lost my £150 that I have paid up front.

Hopefully you paid by card, so your money is not lost. The card provider should refund you.
