Options
I have been mis sold a ppi payment on a loan by my previous bank, I have missed a lot of the re payments etc.... And now the case has gone to the debt collecting agency. I am wondering if it is actually possible to claim ppi back on that account that is now with the debt collectors?? Please help.

You can complain but f the debt has merely been passed to, not sold on to, a collections agency, any successful complaint will have the value of what's owed deducted.

If it was sold on the bank would be able to retain what it had to write off when the loan was sold on.

If you owe more than any redress payment (should it be awarded), then (as the money would go towards the unpaid debt) you'd get nothing. Otherwise, there is nothing to stop you making a mis-selling complaint. You do not "claim back" PPI, it's only refunded to you if it is deemed mis-sold.

How can you say you have been miss sold, or have you just decided.....

You don't claim it back, you make a complaint and back it up with evidence, then they either reject your complaint
    or agree with you.

Any PPI due, if the up hold your complaint will go to pay the debt you have and then you wil get anything that is left x.
