I have updated my LG G2 to android kitkat 4.4.2, from 4.2.2.
My phone worked perfectly until then on the Tesco Mobile Network.
Now I cannot go on the internet with it, data connections doesn't work, there are no APNs listed.
I have never had this kind of problem before.
It the new APN settings, the name, APN, proxy, port, username, password, MMSC, MMS proxy, Authentification type, and APN type are listed as not set.
How do I get back to to be able to use the internet on my mobile?

Ask Tesco for your network settings or google them .

Was this an over-the-air update? Surprised an update would cause this unless it was a complete reflash?

Thanks, I did contact Tesco and they did reset the APN with a message.
I did find some Tesco settings on the internet but they were from 2010 and 2011, I wasn't sure whether the ones now would be the same.
Yes, this was an over-the-air update. Apparently, international LG phones have their APNs erased when they upgrade to kitkat. (I had to search long and hard on the internet to find that one).
I bought my 32GB LG G2 on Ebay, so I don't really know where it's coming from.
I must say, I am surprised at the speed Tesco has answered my email and sent me the solution. That's a breath of fresh air.:)

My update was done via cable link to my PC and it wiped out the APN I was currently using but not all of them. Mine is a 32GB bought on Ebay, and it came from Hong Kong. In the UK only the 16Gb version is for sale. Prior to the next update I will make a note of my APN settings!
