2. Prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and River Group (and their associated companies), their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
3. There is one prize: a 'Beginner's day' course in skiing or snowboarding for one person, plus equipment hire, at Snozone in Milton Keynes. The dates of entry are final and non negotiable. The prize must be taken by 31 August 2014. Please visit https://snozoneuk.com/ for more details.
4. Entries must be received no later than 25:59 (GMT) on 31 May 2014 via the online entry page honda.co.uk/campaigns/2014/snozone. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. One entry per household. The winner will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator, from all valid entries and notified by email or post within 30 days of the closing date. The winner has 15 days to respond, if the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
5. If the promoter is unable to contact the winner (having used reasonable endeavors to do so) for any reason, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prize does not include travel to and from the site where the prize is redeemed. The winners and their guest must make their own travel arrangements to the venue, Address of which is: Snozone Xscape 602 Marlborough Gate Central Milton Keynes MK9 3XS. Any items purchased at the venue when redeeming the prize are not included and must be paid for by the winner.
7. In entering this prize draw you agree to take part in reasonable publicity and agree that, in the event that you win, the Promoter may publish your name in any and all media and make your name available on request to third parties.
8. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded as well as those reasonably considered to be fraudulent. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, or delayed for any reason.
9. Prize subject to availability at the venue 'Snozone' and only valid on the dates specified. There is no cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.
10. Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event of any part or any or all of the prizes becoming unavailable.
