What Feedback? Advice please

Hi,

I recently won an item on ebay but instead of sending me the item the seller sent me a letter full of Anthrax.

Im not sure what kind of feedback to give them as they did deliver a good. I was thinking maybe a neutral saying "Not as described but fast delivery"

Any advice?

I think thats a positive though feedback continues "Although very pleased as now sitting in hospital and have been given an added bonus which seller did not even mention in his item description called MRSA"
