Sadly I'm adding to it. I have another cat, who has lived with my parents since me and my ex split up, as I couldn't have him at my new place. He's about 14-15 years old.
He has lost a lot of weight, very quickly. He is lethargic and has a lump
Stupidly on my part, he isn't insured. I could take him to the vet but am pretty sure that he wouldn't be coming home again
But if I don't take him, and leave nature to take its course, will he suffer? He isn't in pain at the moment, and is currently very content sleeping in the greenhouse
I need to make a decision that I don't want to make
go with your gut instinct.

it sounds like you think he's very poorly. Maybe a trip to the vet would be best? They'll be able to advise whether he's suffering or not. They're very good at hiding it when they are. Not an easy decision to make, I don't envy you.
On a practical note if you do decide to take him and he's not in obvious pain try and leave it until after the weekend. Out of hours charges are
Thank you
Mums gonna keep an eye on him for the next couple of days. I can't take any time off work this week so it'll have to be an evening thing
Mums gonna give him some extra special tlc over the weekend tooI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Boring 'stuck record' post........:o
Any reports of the Nivea Pearl Mini Deos working today please?
Someone posted about them working (4 posts above yours) but they have been showing on MSM as £1.18 since 10am so I wouldn't risk it.I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.

Most of us missed out on one massive glitch or another
I missed
DTD between T and A which netted folk entire trolleys for free for weeks
T accepting any MOC whatsoever, even if you didn't buy the required item
Refund and Retain when T would give you a thing for free if you were overcharged at all
I'm doing my best to make up for late entry ot the party
I caught that - the last few weeks of it! In fact I still had my Del Monte tinned fruit cans from there until very recently! They were virtually free - I suspect that's why the 46p rather than 37p seemed so expensive!! Still got washing liquids - pay £12, difference £6, double is £12, therefore free!!:D You could buy a single item as well with a shop, paid for fully by a voucher off a previous one. I did a run with Surf washing powders with two at about £20 vs £10 at A!! They were good, as cap then was at £20:(, so got you nearly all of it from one item - I think the Price Check voucher was actually £19.98!:rotfl: Then spend on more washing powder, with 2p to pay and another £19.98 back!:rotfl::rotfl: Really really good.
Unbelievably, I caught T's DTD but missed A's big glitch:huh:. (I was by then APG'ing on non-glitch items throughout:eek:, till I discovered this thread later. With DTD, I found out "how to do it". I went to APG afterwards as a much poorer relation at that point, but better than normal prices. APG the Elite way now is almost as good sometimes, though I don't think it'll ever match how good DTD was!)
Right, folks, I've caught up (sort of). Realised the Pepsi cans are comparing to £2.00 for two! (How could I not notice that?!?:o:o) Has anyone had success vs M with odd numbers? Even so - I think I'll pick at least two (if not four) as it's a fantastic deal!:j:beer::D [Edit: not so fantastic, in the context of just having spoken about DTD Price Check, but I'll go to it being 'alright' nonetheless (after mentioning DTD). It sounds so underwhelming after all that:rotfl:. Very good to excellent, but for the DTD fact!:D]0 -

I think a lot of hugs are needed on here at the moment, so big hugs to all that need them :grouphug:
QOC, you know you need to take the cat to the vets, if only to make sure he is not in pain
As for me, I am having an argument with a pigeon at the moment. I have three feeders hanging on my grape vine support, unfortunately they hang just the right height above one of the cross bars, and there is one pigeon (fairly certain it is just one due to the markings) that has taken to sitting on the cross bar and having a go at the feeders. Now, I want small birds there, that is why I put the feeders out. I got so fed up with him that I put a few long nails through a piece of wood and tied it to the cross bar. Just looked out and he was sitting on it  I don't think the nails are long enough or thin enoughShall have to think again.

If you pay £2.20 instore and they are still on 4for. £3 then it won't matter that they are. £1.18 on msm (assuming msm hasn't grouped everything into a single 4for£3 deal yet)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
Has anyone had a result from the Pepsi glitch? Just been trying to catch up & it's AvM on cans, not maxi £4 - £1???If only batman was here, he'd soon get you told0
