APG won't pick up the 2 for 1 or the 3 for 2 offers as there are differently priced items in the offers. (wish I'd remembered that before I posted about pearl v S earlier today :o)

    I don't understand this then.

Today I bought 3 ales for £5 in As. Compared to Ts @ 98p ish more.

4 mins later I bought 6 ales on next shop and they came back as n/a v Ts.

Price at Ts = 4 for the price of 3.

She must have plenty freezer space :) Someone told me a place in St Andrews but i should've asked who sourced the animal. Think he said half a cow, a pig and 2 lambs for £700 and it lasted a year. Sounded good to me.

Thinking maybe getting others involved so it can be refreshed quicker if it works.

She had 3 chest freezers, feeding 9 a day didnt last long:eek: but she didnt buy all in one go, either, pig, lamb or fore quater and was rotated

DH has just got back from a cat food/whoopsie run.

He did his first cat food shop, scanned his CC and used a £7 PP. No problem.
Second cat food shop. Scanned CC (he only has 1:eek:) handed over second £7 PP. Till comes up with big red 'voucher limit reached'.
SA over rode it so all was good but I just wondered if any one has had this happen before?

deleted as originally read this as his first ever whiskery run

When you bought 3 it compared to the full price at T's (no offer applied for 3 at T's).

When you bought 6, the apg system saw the 4 for 3 offer at T's. Any X for Y offers where there are different priced items will come back N/A.

Don't know if that's any clearer :rotfl:

Anbody have any experience of buying half a cow, a whole pig or lamb etc from a butcher ? or is cheaper to buy it yourself and get a butcher to butcher it for you ?

    Ta.

Yes I did it for years when the children were at home.

We bought from the farmer adjoining us but it got to the point where I couldn't look the cows in the eye:o

Then I stopped enjoying eating it:o
