Sorry half asleep this mornjng and still a newbie lol if trigger means the thing that makes the glitch work then I think it is, u need 3 nivea pearls and 1 black and white and it should work, I spent £3.60 on deo and fillers and got a apg of £4.70shirley999 wrote: »You put yourself at great risk of uncomfortable questioning if you get an APG for more than you spent, which is really not worth the small benefit imho.
On the other hand the chances of an SA actually comparing what you've spent to what the APG is? I'd say, in my experience extremely remote especially with such a low value APG.
Most SAs only seem to be interested is the four digit code corresponding to that on the receipt and many are simply not even interested in that.
All depends how well staff are trained to check and whether they're actually trained to scrutinise and question. I suspect not.0 -

Isn't it in the posh area then ?:DWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
:T good dead and all that but I do think a lot of people forget about time/effort/petrol etc not just us lot but the recipients also
I have had well get me as much as you can if its free/5p each. They forget it may have to be bought 4 glitchy items at a time with 8 fillers etc etc etc.
So apart from a few people who I know can follow simple instructions  I dont even bother saying anything unless they are RTC so they can not get it wrong :rotfl:
I agree with you. Also the recipients don't run the risk of being trouted like I have just been in sada.First time for me.The apg I used was for £7.22 when I only spent £4.35 in cash.I just pleaded ignorance:D0 -

Morning all! Sorry to dash in and out but still catching up from the weekend and need to get to T at some point this morning. I've got three HH vouchers to use and I know some people have mentioned using them on gift cards, even though the vouchers say gift cards are excluded. So how do I get round it? Can I do gift cards at a SS till? Or do I just hand the voucher over and hope the SA doesn't look too closely at the voucher?
TIA!0 -
Can someone help me please?
I see on mysupermarket that Nivea Pearl & Beauty anti-perspirant is priced as 4 for £3. Does this mean the glitch has ended or can I still go for it?
I was planning to get:
3 x Nivea Pearl & Beauty Anti-Perspirant Deodorant
with the Nivea invisible (black 35ml).
Anyone help please? I'm a little confused. Thanks.
ps - does it compare aganst Tesco?0 -
Highlights that people not in meed can abuse the system and flagged to Trussel Trust that extra training may be required
(Not a fan of the daily mail but i can see the point of this, especially if people gave food in good faith)
Yeah sure abuses can happen. I was once in a foodbank where the volunteers were keeping an eye out for a guy who was falsifying vouchers. So believe me they do know it goes on.
I just don't see the point in this on a fundamental level. I give my food and hope that it goes to someone less fortunate than myself. But I don't get to follow it to the door and judge the person who receives it. You just give.Debt free 6th December 2014
