Morning all.
House still looks like a hurricane has hit it
Spending today patching up all the gaps in the walls, we've had chunks of concrete missing and a couple of skirting boards that are so rotten they need completely replacing
Am glad we got most done yesterday as the sofa spent most of the day in the garden :rotfl:
Luckily by using GCs bought from TS and various offers I think its cost us £200 for the flooring and everything we've spent on so far (we didn't opt for the cheapest laminate). Should all help the house to sell when it goes on the market :jHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55
