Ive taken to buying single dog food tins as fillers. I just get a few different varieties and flavours. My kids don't eat the sweets. I know that's no good to anyone who hasn't got a dog :o but might be an idea for someone

No dog here :( I would love one but I work full time so it wouldn't be fair. I do usually have a list of 10-12 things that I need for fillers but today was a bit last minute :o

I buy cheap tins eg tined rice, mushy peas, tinned tomatoes etc not much more expensive than a sweet filler but more cost efficient :)

Good idea think I will start to do this as we have far too many sweets all the time, never bought sweets before I started glitching.

I am going to take the sweets into school for the class when it's my girls birthday next month. Save me buying some more x

I think getting tins as fillers is a great idea but flumps are lighter :rotfl:

I always buy soap, tins of fruit or veg and plain biscuits. I found myself buying a tin of potatoes the other day and couldn't believe I'd actually bought that, but I just ran out of ideas.

Sweets are no good as DD on a diet and DS doesn't like choc.

The packets of fruit mentioned earlier is a good idea ( thanks to OP), especially as DD watching her food intake. I've been buy melon, pineapple etc and preparing them in tubs in the fridge to help her a little so these little bags will be great to take to work with her.

The normal Frubes freeze well so should be fine.

We have "a few" in there at the moment.

Me and Mrs Anon have different views - I stock up and think it will last us over time, she gives Little Anons two at a time as we have "a few" in the fridge and freezer .

These should be good for DD as well...as a snack on her diet!

For some reason I always buy a tin of kidney beans as a filler.

    It's my good luck charm:)
