Plenty of natural barrier protection options available if you're lacking one of those and have the need for you know what...

...a good natural one is sheep's intestine.

What a day of mixed emotions for you. With one hand your Mum's house is gone and with the other you are mortgage free. Sad and happy all at the same time. I know what a tough time you had when your Mum was ill and although you miss her at least she is at peace. I am sure she would have been pleased you have cleared the mortgage.
All sorts of shenahigans going on today about my Mum coming home from hospital but I will save asking for advice for another day. Hugs from me.

Thank you Rose don't feel you need to save for another day, you can PM me anytime. I will do my best and OH has a wealth of knowledge from his job that I can draw on.

I think I must have missed your mum going into hospital sorry to hear that. Coming out of hospital can happen so quick with everyone being unprepared so please feel free to fire away any questions.

Hi karlie that made me laugh, do you advice this method in your clinical work :rotfl:
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

Has anyone been to A$DA Eastlands in Manchester?

Apparently it was the largest Walmart supermarket in Europe until a few years ago...and is now the largest store in the UK?!?!

    If so, I am blessed.

    :rotfl:

I go there once a week usually ;) I think its the biggest store I've ever been to tbh.
