We had a strange phone call from the bank not long ago asking if we were planning on continuing paying, rather strange and still have not really sussed out what it was about, and it was definitely them :eek:

Just one question, what are you planning on doing with your deeds? You do know you should not keep them in the house they apply to don't you/

Yes my solicitor will hold them for me hopefully FOC as they did for my mum's. I was horrified that my dad had them in the house, I didn't know until he passed away. :eek:

It must be a generation thing because just today my elderly neighbour was saying he has his in a safe indoors. :eek:
