Does anyone know how long it generally takes to get a reply from the T's CEO email if you send a complaint? Am hoping for a reply within a week - is this likely? TIA

It really depends on the seriousness of the complaint, need for investigation etc.

If it's just a simple case of awful customer service from T, then about 3 days from my past experience.

Just got home from the memorial.....I'm sorry if my mentioning the service/posting my picture earlier caused people upset....and thanks for the lovely comments :T I do love my nails today!! :j

The service was lovely as always, lots of thankyou's, but mostly well deserved :o and some very thoughtful speeches

And the sun was shining-lovely weather!!

Hope everyone who has been a little upset is feeling a bit better
