it something I watch DS2 struggle with daily. And, as I think you are showing now, it impacts on your own confidence?

?
Things used to affect my confidence - and very severely - when I was much younger. But no, this isn't impacting my confidence at all! I'm a very confident guy nowadays! I want to do something, it doesn't bother me if I can't - dropping potatoes is a minor irritation (and a waste) yes but other than that I just pick another potato up - sorted - but no it's not impacting on my confidence at all as you suggest. I achieve things, I do what I can, I try to motivate myself (sometimes successfully sometimes not but hey ho) and where I can't do something or not do it that well I either (in the latter case) do it the best I can or seek help from someone else.:)0 -

Simples savvy
go to poundland or B&q buy the fitting probably a £1 and practice till you have it perfect.
As for changing a wheel rather than a tyre have someone you trust show you and practice and have him/her check it you may need it one day when there is no garage or signal as fc mentioned.
Good advice mainly, but it's a different order to that:Savvybuyer wrote: »[...] means you aren't able to do the task at all ([Strike]or at least not properly[/Strike] [...] - of trying and trying and trying to make it click in but failing and, after a while, then giving up entirely).

Second edit: I've struck part of that out now, as I don't feel I explained the matter very well - in effect, the "proper" doing of the task here - the fitting of a light-bulb - was simply to fit the light bulb so that it was secure and switched on. But that is the same as the 'doing of the task' (on this occasion). (So the "or at least properly" adds nothing here.)0 -

Discount not showing on APG so compares to W at full price of £2 each = £4, but discount is showing on sada receipt as 'confectionary 2 for £3'.
Another unexpected return on a normal shop
