i have just tried to input a receipt into the APG system and have got a message up saying

See if this helps .... If like mine cog wheel top right on this page you on.. click scroll down to internet options ... right click ... scroll down to delete click tick delete cookies and internet data then delete .. make sure you shut and reopen asda webpage ...0 -
