Sadly I am no longer a great gran in waiting. My granddaughter lost her baby yesterday - it was an unplanned pregnancy and an early miscarriage but it's still very sad for everyone. She is very young to have to cope with this. Its hard to find the right words to say to her even though I do know what she must feel as I've been in the same situation myself.

we know how hard this is and sending love and hugs to you all, sometimes words are not enough just be there for her plenty of hugs and love is what she needs xxx

Good morning all, lovely sunny day.

tbw - so sorry about your granddaughter. You don't need to find words, a hug is what is required, problem is when you speak about that sort of thing you are always skating around trying to avoid the obvious words, a hug without a word says so much more.
