My next question,

Anyone know if the Karcher accessories are interchangable with the Halfords/Anlu lance bayonet fitting, such as the rotary brush.

This is the easiest option I've found.

Found these adapters if you have a machine and lance with same thread of M22 but male connector different sizes like the problem I had.
